Vault Names Guggenheim Securities for Top Investment Banking Internship Program for Second Consecutive Year

Guggenheim Securities was recently named the No. 1 firm in Vault's 2026 rankings of the Best Investment Banking Firms for Summer Internships, in recognition of its Summer Investment Banking Internship Program for analyst and associate interns.

Guggenheim Securities was recently named the No. 1 firm in Vault's 2026 rankings of the Best Investment Banking Firms for Summer Internships, in recognition of its Summer Investment Banking Internship Program for analyst and associate interns. The honor marks the second consecutive year in which the Firm has been selected as the No. 1 firm in Vault’s Best Investment Banking Firms for Summer Internships rankings.

The top-spot ranking reflects the strength of the Firm's culture and ability to provide its summer interns with the best investment banking training through first-hand experience.

The rankings were derived from Vault's 2025 summer internship survey, which polled more than 17,000 students who held internship positions across a variety of industries. Interns were asked to rate their internship experiences in a variety of core areas, including quality of life, culture of acceptance, career development, and internship responsibilities.

“The people at this firm care and respect each other's time and lives, [and] I have felt very energized, healthy, and excited to show up to work every day,” an anonymous intern told Vault, describing their summer internship experience at Guggenheim.

“The actual work we do on deals is very helpful and has caused me to improve as a banker a lot over the course of the internship. There are lots of networking opportunities, and I have met lots of people that I hope to have professional relationships with moving forward,” added another anonymous intern.

Within the survey, Guggenheim Securities also ranked as the second-best summer internship program among finance internship programs, and sixth out of 150 firms across a wide range of industries and among all summer internship programs conducted this summer that were listed by Vault.
