NEW YORK, NY – September 10, 2026 -- Guggenheim Securities, a leading investment banking and capital markets firm, announced today that Dan Daul has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director in its Technology Investment Banking practice, where he will focus on advising companies in the application software and fintech sectors. Mr. Daul is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Daul joins Guggenheim with approximately 30 years of investment banking experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Daul most recently served as a Partner and Vice Chairman of the Technology Investment Banking group at William Blair. Prior to joining William Blair, Mr. Daul began his career at Robert W. Baird & Co.

Mr. Daul received his BBA in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MBA in finance from Northwestern University.
