Thomas Humphrey Joins Guggenheim Securities

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Thomas P. Humphrey has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director.

NEW YORK – Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Thomas P. Humphrey has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director.

Mr. Humphrey was most recently at Deutsche Bank, serving as Head of Corporate Banking and Securities Americas and CEO of Deutsche Bank Securities, where he was responsible for leading the overall strategy and execution of the investment bank’s business plan for the Americas.

Prior to that, Mr. Humphrey was a partner at GoldenTree Asset Management and member of the firm's Executive Committee. He began his career at Lehman Brothers and continued at Barclays Capital, where he held several senior management roles including Global Head of Fixed Income Sales, Co-Head of Global Credit, and a member of the combined firms’ Americas Management Committee.

Mr. Humphrey is a member of the Board of Trustees at the St. David’s School in New York City, member of the Fordham University President’s Council Executive Committee, trustee of the ACE Grant Foundation and sponsor of the Fiver Foundation. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Fordham University.
