Vault Internship Rankings Select Guggenheim Securities as Top Investment Bank

Guggenheim Securities was recently named the No. 1 firm in Vault's 2025 rankings of the Best Investment Banking Firms for Summer Internships. The Firm was recognized for its Summer Investment Banking Internship Program.

The top-spot ranking reflects the strength of the Firm's culture and ability to provide its summer interns with first-hand investment banking experience.

The rankings were derived from Vault's 2024 summer internship investment banking survey. Interns were asked to rate their internship experience in six core areas: quality of life, compensation and benefits, the interview process, career development, full-time employment prospects, and diversity.

“The full-time individuals at the firm are always willing to help and build a culture of collaboration. It is a great feeling to know you always have someone willing to help,” an anonymous intern told Vault, describing their summer internship experience at Guggenheim.

Within the survey, Guggenheim Securities also ranked as a top-five summer internship program among finance internship programs, and 17^th out of 150 firms across a wide range of industries and among all summer internship programs conducted this summer that were listed by Vault.

The rankings are based on “exclusive insider information from verified interns,” according to Vault. “Vault surveyed thousands of current and former interns about their internship programs. Vault’s Best Internships by Industry reflect the highest-rated internship programs.”
