Guggenheim Securities Announces Hiring of Dan Gitlin to Expand Its Industrials Investment Banking

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, today announced the hiring of Dan Gitlin as a Managing Director in its Santa Monica, California office.

NEW YORK – Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, today announced the hiring of Dan Gitlin as a Managing Director in its Santa Monica, California office. Mr. Gitlin will cover industrial services companies, highlighting Guggenheim Securities’ commitment to better serve the industrials sector and broaden the firm’s existing capabilities in M&A and financing.

Mr. Gitlin brings significant investment banking experience with a particular focus on industrial services, having advised and financed domestic and international engineering and construction, infrastructure service and environmental service clients. Mr. Gitlin has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and structured financings. Mr. Gitlin joins Guggenheim Securities from Credit Suisse, where he spent nearly a decade. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Gitlin worked at Charles River Associates focusing on strategy and acquisitions.
