NEW YORK – Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that David Magstadt will be joining the firm as a Senior Managing Director in the healthcare investment banking group in July.

Mr. Magstadt joins Guggenheim Securities from Citi Global Markets, where he spent the last 10 years, and served most recently as a Managing Director in the healthcare M&A practice. Prior to that, he held positions at Stern Stewart & Company and Accenture. He received a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma and earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
