NEW YORK – Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Jason Truman will join the firm as a Senior Managing Director in the Healthcare investment banking group. Mr. Truman will focus on advising life sciences companies and will commence work at Guggenheim in June.
Mr. Truman has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and will join Guggenheim from Credit Suisse where he was a Managing Director and Head of Life Sciences Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Before Credit Suisse, Mr. Truman was a Managing Director at both Barclays and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Truman received his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and his B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He will be based in Guggenheim’s New York office.
