Guggenheim Securities Hires Kyle Jones Baker to Expand Power, Energy and Renewables Investment Banking Practice

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Kyle Jones Baker has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Power, Energy and Renewables investment banking group.

NEW YORK – Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Kyle Jones Baker has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Power, Energy and Renewables investment banking group.

“We are pleased to welcome Kyle to Guggenheim," said Mark Van Lith, Co-CEO and Head of Investment Banking at Guggenheim Securities. “Kyle’s extensive relationships and deep understanding of energy technology and services will enhance our ability to deliver innovative ideas to clients in this important sector.”

Ms. Baker began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she was one of the founding members of the firm’s European clean-tech and renewable energy investment banking team. She was most recently at a specialized investment banking firm where she covered smart grid, energy efficiency and energy services clients.

Ms. Baker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Environmental Management degree and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University.

Ms. Baker will be based in Guggenheim’s San Francisco office.
