Guggenheim Partners, LLC, a diversified financial services firm, announced today that the team of analysts at the Washington Research Group (WRG) is joining Guggenheim Securities. Formerly of MF Global, WRG is a Washington, D.C.-based, policy-focused investment research team that provides leading institutional equity investors with insights and analysis on the impact of government policy on investment opportunities.

WRG’s 14 policy strategists will join with Guggenheim’s securities analysts to produce integrated products of high quality public policy commentary and fundamental analysis. The first combined commentary is expected to reach clients in the near future.
