NEW YORK – Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, announced today that Jeff Yingling has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor. Mr. Yingling’s addition expands Guggenheim Securities’ Power, Energy, & Renewables franchise.
Mr. Yingling has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, serving as a trusted advisor to companies in the power and utilities sector. He joins Guggenheim from J.P. Morgan where he spent 11 years, most recently serving as Managing Director and Head of Midwest Investment Banking. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Yingling was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in the Global Power and Utilities Group for 16 years. He began his career at The First Boston Corporation.

Mr. Yingling earned his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago and his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is based in Guggenheim’s Chicago office.
