Guggenheim Securities was recently named the No. 5 firm in Vault's 2024 rankings of the Best Investment Banking Firms to Work For. Guggenheim Securities moved up three spots from its 2023 ranking.
The top-five ranking reflects the strength of the Firm’s culture and position as an employer of choice.

The rankings were derived from Vault's fall 2023 banking survey of more than 2,400 banking professionals who were asked to rate their firms in several categories, including compensation, culture, diversity, hours, training, work/life balance, and wellness.
Within the survey, Guggenheim Securities also received recognition for its culture and business expertise. The firm ranked as a top-five firm for benefits (No. 4), business outlook (No. 2), firm leadership (No. 4), quality of work (No. 4).
